CONSULTANT AND DEVELOPER
Marc has been actively involved in local governance development for over a decade and boasts nearly 20 years of experience in economic and community development. In 2005, he founded his first social enterprise while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Moncton, in New Brunswick.
This marked a pivotal moment for Mr. Henrie. Just two years later, he established JMH Consultations and Development, a company that operated until he completed his Master's in Community and Cooperative Development at the University of Sherbrooke. In 2022, he became certified for the design and engineering of solar and battery systems for residential and commercial grid-connected or off-grid systems.
In recent years, Marc has initiated and managed various sustainable development and construction projects incorporating renewable energy mechanisms such as solar and battery divisions. He also serves as an instructor for the New Brunswick Community College. Beyond his professional achievements, Marc has been a volunteer firefighter in his home region of Saint-Paul, New Brunswick, since the age of 16.
