Our Goals
IMPACT is a new cooperative (2022) that matches the desire of current entrepreneurs to further develop their market as self-employed or hobbyists entrepreneurs without having to worry about the administrative responsibilities of their operations.

Principles
Creation of wealth in a sustainable and collaborative development.
The cooperative allows entrepreneurs to share tools and equipment, reducing the need for capital expenditures.
The cooperative aims to develop its entrepreneurs' business, its brand image, and the brand image of its divisions.
The cooperative reduces or eliminates administration for entrepreneurs, leaving them to specialise in their business rather than worry about their business administration.
The development aims at the principles of sustainable development and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the circular and collaborative economy

The Coop is a democratic, profitable and prosperous business that is completely independent from government.

Cooperation and Community
The cooperative will ensure a 5% minimum of its surplus is reinvested in the community through the coop or individual donations from its members.
The cooperative will always seek to reinvest most of its surpluses to improve the performance and relevance of IMPACT Coop. If members determine to pay themselves a patronage dividend, the following formula will be applied:
25% to investors based on investments from members
75% of the members hours amount based on a formula that recognises heritage and current wealth creation.
